What the service covers

We start from the plot, the brief and the budget, develop the layout and the elevations with you, and carry the agreed design through to the drawings needed for approval and construction.

Orientation, shade and materials are considered for the plot and the Ras Al Khaimah climate, not adapted from a scheme drawn for somewhere else. The design is revised with you until it is agreed, then drawn up in full.

Design can be the whole appointment or its first part: interior design and site supervision can follow from the same office, and where the decision to build is still open, a feasibility study comes first.

How the work runs

    Layout options and the elevations are developed with you and revised until the design is agreed.

  3. Drawings

    Plans, elevations, sections and 3D views of the agreed design.

  4. Approval and construction

    The drawings are prepared for submission to the relevant authorities in Ras Al Khaimah and we follow the application with you; the construction drawings are what your contractor builds from.

No. The office takes on projects in Ras Al Khaimah only.
Can the same office supervise the construction?
Yes. Site supervision and follow-up is one of the office’s four services. You can appoint the office for the design alone, or for the design followed by supervision — the scope is agreed per project.
What does the design cost, and how long does it take?
That depends on the plot, the building and the scope of the appointment, so it is set out for each project. Send the plot location and what you intend to build, and the office will tell you what applies.

Scope is confirmed per project. The deliverables listed here are the usual ones; what your appointment covers is agreed in writing before work begins.
