We develop the layout, the elevations and, where included, the interiors with you — revised until the design is agreed, then drawn up in full.
The drawings are prepared for submission to the relevant authorities in Ras Al Khaimah, and we follow the application with you.
Once work starts we follow it on site at agreed stages, check it against the approved drawings and keep the owner informed until the house is complete.
